Dr. Becca grew up on the East Coast. She ventured to the Midwest to attend Saint Louis University where she received both her BS in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Throughout her career she has treated patients with sports injuries, postoperatively, and with chronic pain.
She is certified in Dry Needling and has found that to be beneficial in both reducing pain as well as improving function throughout the body. She has since furthered her training on treating patients with headaches and TMJ pain.
Becca believes that collaboration and education are essential for building a foundation of trust between herself and her patients. She strives to create an individualized plan to help every patient reach their personal goals.
When she isn’t in the clinic, Becca enjoys going on hikes, canoeing, and camping with her husband Ryan and their dog Wall-e. She is an avid reader, loves to travel, and is always looking for recommendations to explore Minnesota more.
